You will mentor a 2-4 person team, manage risk, and communicate results to stakeholders while advancing modern AI and LLM-based pipelines within a consulting environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs into ML/AI solutions and define the problem to solve.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, and reproducibility.
• Be the technical point of contact and report progress to stakeholders.
• Guide a team of 2-4 and help them grow.
• Own the delivery plan and manage technical risk to on-time delivery.
• Communicate results and actionable insights from ML initiatives.
• Drive informed decision-making by integrating ML insights into business decisions.
• Leverage agentic AI, LLMs, and intelligent pipelines.
• Design scalable ML platforms with MLOps infrastructure.
• Mentor and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
