As an IC leader on this team, we are looking for someone who cares deeply about the technical development of other engineers on the team and can effectively balance the needs and priorities of the business, our users, and the growth of our engineers.**The Team**As a part of the AV Developer Productivity Org, the AV Agentic Developer Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining a robust, reliable, and cohesive inner loop development experience for AV developers at GM to optimize the rate at which quality code is produced at Cruise.
