Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a technology-forward ML/AI Delivery Manager to drive business development, partner engagement, and pre-sales while overseeing ML/AI program delivery. This role connects strategic goals with technical execution, leading engagements from sales to delivery.

The candidate will own end-to-end ML/AI delivery, lead architecture governance, and collaborate with customers to define cloud architecture requirements, workshops, and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, incl. 5+ years in delivery or architecture leadership.
• Experience as a technical consultant with pre-sales and end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Proven SME in ML/AI with large-scale project delivery.
• Hands-on GCP with architectural expertise; cloud platform experience required.
• Strong engagement with senior stakeholders and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of ML/AI projects with quality and timeliness.
• Manage data delivery programs, establish governance, lead discovery.
• Drive strategic ML/AI initiatives using GCP and Gemini Enterprise.
• Create architecture visions, diagrams, and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with customers/product management to define requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and shape strategy.
• Lead the architecture team to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Drive pre-sales activities: client demos, proposals, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for GenAI.
• Lead enterprise-scale technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
