Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a senior-level Program Analyst to support the MK 41 Vertical Launching System (VLS) program at NSWC Port Hueneme Division. This full-time, in-office role provides logistics, technical, and programmatic support across USN and FMS portfolios to sustain fleet readiness and enhance combat system capabilities.

The role requires 10+ years in DoD program management or similar. Security clearance is required; US citizenship is necessary.

Qualifications

• :10+ years DoD program management experience, and naval weapon systems focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISEA tasking across USN/FMS portfolios and direct IPTs.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams to align schedules, tests, and logistics with program objectives.
• Oversee timelines and milestones to sustain fleet readiness and modernization.
• Maintain and improve program documentation and reporting workflows.
