Job summary

ASML is seeking a senior analog/mixed-signal engineer to lead design and validation of high-performance circuit blocks. You will craft DAC/ADC signal paths, precision front-ends, and high-voltage networks, while collaborating with digital and power teams to ensure end-to-end system integrity.

The role requires extensive hands-on lab work, modeling (SPICE/system-level), and mentoring junior engineers, with a strong focus on noise, distortion, and PI/SI considerations.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in analog or mixed-signal circuit design.
• Strong background in op-amps, ADC/DAC interfacing, and high-speed analog systems.
• Desirable: low-noise design, high-linearity, precision measurement systems.
• Proficiency with LTspice, Cadence, ADS, or equivalent; Python.
• Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop high-speed DAC/ADC signal chains and AFE designs.
• Design precision high-voltage circuitry up to ±225V and ensure reliability.
• Model, simulate, and validate system- and circuit-level performance.
• Drive lab bring-up with oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and network analyzer.
• Collaborate with digital/FPGA/power/software teams and mentor juniors.
