Job summary

ASML in San Jose, CA seeks an experienced analog/mixed-signal engineer to lead high-performance circuit design on board-level systems. You will develop precision high-voltage circuits with fast DAC/ADC chains and optimize end-to-end signal paths, while modeling with SPICE and validating with lab measurements.

Collaborate across digital, FPGA, and systems teams, produce comprehensive documentation, and mentor junior engineers to advance ASML's high-reliability analog capability.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in analog or mixed-signal circuit design (PhD graduates may qualify with less).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and implementation of analog and mixed-signal circuits on board level.
• Develop precision high-voltage circuits with high-speed DAC/ADC signal chains.
• Architect end-to-end signal chains including DAC/ADC interfaces and calibration.
• Model system-level (behavioral) and circuit-level (SPICE) performance.
• Drive lab debugging, validation, and system bring-up with test equipment.
• Collaborate with digital, FPGA, system, power, and software teams.
• Produce design documentation and test reports.
• Mentor junior engineers.
