Job summary

ASML Holding in San Jose, CA seeks a senior analog/mixed-signal designer to lead board-level circuit design, including high-speed DAC/ADC chains and precision high-voltage analog front-ends.

You will model with SPICE and behavioral methods, validate performance in lab environments, and collaborate with digital, FPGA, system, power, and software teams to bring products from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal circuit design experience (PhD can reduce experience).
• Strong background in analog fundamentals: op-amps and precision design.
• Experience with ADC/DAC interfacing and signal chain optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead board-level analog/mixed-signal circuit design.
• Develop high-speed DAC/ADC signal chains and precision HV front-ends.
• Model with SPICE and behavioral simulations; perform system-level analyses.
• Validate performance with lab measurements; drive bring-up and debugging.
• Collaborate with digital, FPGA, system, power, and software teams; define interfaces.
• Produce design documentation, reports, and test results.
• Support product lifecycle from concept to production; RCA for issues.
