Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Senior Mixed‑Signal Lead in Fort Collins, CO to lead the architecture and design of high‑performance clocking solutions. You will drive the full lifecycle of analog timing IPs and oversee the design and validation of low‑jitter and low‑power frequency synthesis IPs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in mixed-signal design.
• Experience with low-jitter, low-power frequency synthesis in advanced process nodes (N5, N3P).
• Deep understanding of jitter decomposition and phase noise analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive trade-offs between analog and digital implementations of clocking circuits.
• Manage external IP vendors and define internal design methodologies.
• Oversee design, validation, and silicon bring-up of frequency synthesis IPs.
