Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years required.
• Research and apply cutting-edge analog/mixed-signal design and validation for high-speed integrated circuits.
• Experience with serial link applications such as fiber optics, Gigabit Ethernet, enterprise storage, or wireless routers.
• Develop techniques to maximize speed while minimizing power and area.
• Layout/design in a non-ASIC product environment and analysis for manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Design wireline high-speed analog mixed-signal circuitry for data center connectivity.
• Research novel circuit techniques to maximize speed and performance.
• Analyze equipment to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests.
• Create circuit models to define package and PCB requirements.
• Develop circuit test plans and validate performance against specifications.
