Job summary

ROI Services LLC seeks a Tracking Mission Engineer to analyze space and ground architectures, mature models, and build scenarios that capture system-of-systems effects in complex environments. You will support verification against the Enterprise Requirements Document and work with SDA customers and DoD/NRO programs.

The role requires 15+ years of space/ground systems experience or 17+ years with a related bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating across space and ground segments to ensure end-to-end mission performance.
• Strong modeling, simulation, and mission analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to work in a team with SDA/DoD/NRO customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering and integration support for SDA T3 Tracking capabilities.
• Develop verification and validation approaches against the ERD.
• Assess designs and mature models to capture system-of-systems effects.
