Job summary

OASYS, INC. in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior Principal Mission Engineer to support our SDA mission with space and ground system analysis. You will lead modeling, simulation, and verification activities across DoD and NRO programs to ensure end-to-end mission performance.

The role requires 15+ years of systems engineering experience (15+ with Master’s or 17+ with Bachelor’s) and a strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver robust space systems solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's with extensive DoD/NRO space program experience.
• Experience coordinating across space and ground segment organizations.
• Strong modeling, simulation, and mission analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop RVTM for the Enterprise Requirements Document (ERD).
• Plan data aggregation from component programs to verify ERD compliance.
• Review government scenarios to ensure consistency with T3 scenarios.
• Develop and brief data packages with analysis results for government decision-makers.
• Collaborate with prime contractors, government civilians, FFRDC, SETA and SDA team members.
