Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking an experienced technical program leader to direct full-lifecycle development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of mission software systems across analytics, cyber, geospatial, and data workflows.

The role requires 15+ years of software-intensive program leadership (or 12+ with a Master’s), active TS/SCI, and experience managing multi-location teams and $20M+ annual portfolios. Strong communication and BD support are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years leading software-intensive programs or Master’s with 12+ years.
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Experience leading large, distributed engineering orgs delivering mission software.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of mission software systems.
• Oversee development of classified systems across distributed teams using Agile methods.
• Engage government sponsors to shape technical direction and drive growth.
• Manage technical, schedule, and financial performance to meet baselines.
• Drive rapid prototyping, IR&D, and innovation pipelines for mission needs.
