Qualifications

• Masters degree required with extensive program management experience.
• Experience in DoD/Army programs and IMS environments preferred.
• Proven ability to organize, monitor, and connect multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leads with management and execution of project strategies, acquisitions, budgets.
• Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and provide strategic input.
• Track progress using project management tools and realistic schedules.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities; manage changes and risks.
• Prepare reports for Program Directors/Project Leads; take minutes and maintain records.
• Input cost, performance, and schedule data into Army/PM IEN systems; report status weekly.
