The Senior Mission Project Specialist will oversee administration, resource and contract management, IMS development, and stakeholder engagement for DoD programs.

The role requires leading budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting, while ensuring compliance with PM IEN standards and government requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and a minimum of ten (10) years’ work experience, or seventeen (17) years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Secret level.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Leads with management and execution of project strategies, budgets, and activities.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and monitor inter-connected projects.
• Track progress using project management tools and report status to stakeholders.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and project activities.
