Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Sr. Principal Test Conductor - Mission Planner to join the Edwards, CA team.

Lead mission planning for developmental flight tests, drive pre/post-mission execution, and support integration lab activities with maintenance, design, and test teams on unmanned systems. Ideal candidates will have extensive mission planning experience, proficiency with JMPS/PFPS/AFMSS, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant mission planning experience.
• Experience in mission planning, execution, and debriefing.
• Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Create test article mission plans and routing for developmental efforts.
• Provide pre/post mission support planning and documentation.
• Review/test requirements for completeness and feasibility.
• Provide lab support for integration testing.
• Interface with design and test teams to define data needs.
• Support test readiness reviews and pre/post-test briefings.
• Conduct pre/post-test data analyses and track testing metrics.
