Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Senior Mission Operations Liaison to oversee high-priority mission deployments and ensure regulatory compliance. You will secure authorizations, provide expert logistical guidance, and coordinate with U.S. government agencies and host nation representatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring a team of Mission Operations Liaisons, and delivering high-level briefings to senior leadership while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of related field experience.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to deploy to OCONUS locations.
• Must pass a pre-deployment medical assessment.
• Willing to work extended hours and shift schedules.

Responsabilités

• Oversee securing authorizations and clearances for high-priority mission deployments.
• Coordinate with Host nation representatives and US Military Groups.
• Provide expert logistical support and strategic guidance on asset utilization.
• Ensure compliance with deployment requirements and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and refine advanced logistics strategies and processes.
• Maintain records and documentation of mission operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Mission Operations Liaisons.
• Provide high-level briefings and reports to senior leadership.
