Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a seasoned Mission Engineering Operations Analyst to conduct model-driven analyses and simulations that guide business strategy and concept evaluation for defense systems.

You will translate questions into physics-based analyses, design experiments using mission-level simulations, and produce clear analytical artifacts with actionable conclusions for warfighter-relevant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• 12+ years in a relevant Science or Engineering field.
• Proficiency with modeling and scripting languages (Python, MATLAB, Simulink).
• Experience in Platform MS&A and Payload MS&A concepts and modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of domains such as ISR, OCA/DCA, SEAD/DEAD, EW, or Long Range Fires.

Responsibilities

• Develop model-driven analyses and, when needed, the models themselves.
• Translate the transformational value of Anduril platforms and products into actionable insights.
• Utilize internal M&S capabilities to gain asymmetrical advantages in analyses.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to internal teams and external customers.
