Insight Global is seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a mission-critical data center project in Tucson, AZ. You will lead the project from design through turnover, coordinating GCs, design partners, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver on schedule, budget and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in large-scale construction, strong MEP knowledge, owner or GC background, and is able to work onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Data center/mission-critical construction experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects (typically $100M+).
• Proven ability to manage schedule, budget, quality and change orders.

Responsibilities

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager for a top mission-critical/data center client supporting a major greenfield build in Tucson, AZ. This individual will help lead the project from design and preconstruction through construction, commissioning, and turnover while coordinating contractors, design partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings significant large-scale construction experience, strong MEP knowledge, and the ability to take ownership of schedule, budget, quality, risk, and field execution in a fast-paced mission-critical environment.

Desired Skills & Experience:

8+ years of relevant construction/project management

Data center / mission-critical construction experience

Experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally $100M+

Proven project management experience with schedule, budget, quality, change orders, and contractor management

Ability to understand and coordinate design scope, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals

Experience coordinating GCs, subcontractors, consultants, engineering/design teams, and other project stakeholders

Strong communication, leadership, and behavioral/project ownership skills

Able to work onsite in Tucson 5 days/week

Owner or GC background

Compensation: $80.00/hr to $90.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
