Job summary

IDS International is seeking a Mission Command Exercise Leader to support the planning, development, and execution of mission command exercises for Special Operations Forces training objectives.

The selected candidate will provide senior-level operational expertise, assist in exercise development efforts, and help manage resources such as personnel, infrastructure, networks, and security requirements to ensure successful exercise execution.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Secret clearance required.
• Graduate of U.S. Army SOF officer qualificaton courses or equivalent.
• Senior staff experience at SOF command level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development, and execution of mission command exercises.
• Provide senior-level operational expertise to exercise design and execution.
• Coordinate personnel, infrastructure, hardware, networks, databases, software, and security requirements.
