Job summary

i3 is seeking a highly qualified instructor with extensive experience in advanced missile and weapon systems. The role focuses on training personnel on systems such as MRC Battery Operations Center and related missiles, with travel throughout the continental U.S.

and limited overseas assignments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a range of missile systems and a strong background in training, maintenance, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of missile weapon systems experience with at least 1 year in a military or training setting.
• Ability to discuss operational concepts related to Aegis, SM6, and related systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site training for missile systems and associated tasks.
• Deliver instruction using lectures, hands-on exercises, lesson plans, and training aids.
• Develop, review, and validate training materials and assessments.
• Contribute to doctrinal development and scenario/After-Action Review activities.
• Write detailed reports on training events and metrics.
• Design, develop, schedule, deliver, and track technical training.
