Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. is seeking a MW/TBMD Instructor to design, deliver, and continuously improve formal technical instruction for missile warning and defense systems supporting space and ballistic missile defense missions.

You will lead course materials, assess student performance, and ensure adherence to Air Force/Space Force instructional standards, while maintaining currency in assigned courses and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

5+ years in U.S. military Missile Warning or TBMD Operations.
ITW/AA experience and theater level missile warning.
3+ years as instructor in a formal military school or 5+ years as briefer/public speaker; demonstration of public speaking within 30 days of contract start.

Responsibilities

Act as SME and deliver course of instruction for assigned subject areas; participate in capstone/graduation exercises.
Develop, review, and update Training Plans, Lesson Plans, and Training Standards.
Integrate changes to doctrine, TTPs into course materials regularly.
Participate in training advisory boards, curriculum reviews, and training effectiveness evaluations.
Develop and maintain training aids, multimedia content, and e-learning modules.
Serve as evaluator for student and instructor standardization and evaluation.
Maintain qualification in assigned courses; complete required continuing education and professional development.
Track and report student progression, graduation rates, and course metrics.
