Job summary

Eleven Peppers Studios is seeking a skilled trainer to design, develop, and deliver technical training for operators and analysts at Ft. Meade, MD.

You will collaborate with instructors, curriculum developers, and mission leadership to ensure courses reflect current tradecraft, tools, and best practices. The role requires SME-level instruction, coaching, and hands-on support for students and junior personnel, plus building training pipelines with measurable milestones to keep teams mission-ready

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience and a 4-year degree (4 additional years of experience can substitute for a degree).
• Experience with operating systems and networking concepts (security, design, and troubleshooting).
• Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to instruct, coach, and mentor students and junior personnel.
• Experience developing or reviewing Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and Technique Qualification Standards (TQS).
• Experience creating and maintaining training pipelines with measurable milestones and timeline adherence.
• Systems engineering expertise and technical documentation support to the training team and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CNE/CNO operations and cyber mission tradecraft.

Responsibilities

• Help design, develop, and deliver technical training that prepares operators and analysts for mission-critical work.
• Work closely with instructors, curriculum developers, and mission leadership to reflect current tradecraft and tools.
• Serve as a technical authority, providing instruction, coaching, and hands-on support to students and junior personnel.
• Develop and maintain training pipelines, qualification standards, and exercises for workforce readiness.
• Shape the next generation of operators in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
