Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, development, testing, and/or process management.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and project management principles.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for mission-critical projects.
• Prior experience in DoD/military projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management, auditing, and validation of missile requirements and capabilities across an integrated weapons platform.
• Provide program office and technical support services to DoD and U.S. Navy.
• Coordinate tasks for vendors, contractors, and program office; monitor field activities and lab/contract activities.
• Prepare technical and financial reports; attend monthly management/technical reviews.
• Travel approximately 25% to support mission-critical projects.
