Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Deputy Chief Engineer for Advanced Effects (Missiles) to lead technical and programmatic execution across missile designs, fabrication, testing, and productization. You will own program success, assemble internal and external SMEs, and communicate the vision to stakeholders, BD teams, and leadership.

You will guide early trades, ensure design KPIs are met, and oversee subsystems with focus on performance, schedule, cost, and risk. Travel up to 25% and active U.S.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of missile development or robotics/consumer electronics.
• Experience leading programs from concept to delivery.
• Ability to align technical objectives with program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and programmatic execution of missile designs, fabrication, test, productization and sustainment.
• Own the technical and programmatic success of programs and assemble expert teams.
• Explore early design concepts with SMEs and BD teams to close capability gaps.
• Manage detailed system/subsystem design including requirements and risk.
• Coordinate prototype fabrication and subsystem/test efforts.
• Support remotely deployed operations and ensure resource adequacy.
