Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Advanced Effects to help drive development and testing across complex defense systems. You will collaborate across teams to define testing strategy, coordinate resources, and guide integration and certification for UAS, missiles, or weapon subsystems, ensuring compliance with DoD standards.

The role requires deep flight-test expertise, DoD development experience, and a current U.S.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or related technical discipline and 8+ years test engineering experience.
Ability to travel as required for planning and testing.
Experience with MIL-STD-8591, MIL-STD-2088, MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760, AS8775, AS5653.
Experience in SRM or liquid propulsion systems testing.
Knowledge of the National Airspace System and UAS operating rules.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on integration, maintenance and testing strategies to achieve program objectives.
Coordinate testing activities including personnel, equipment, datalinks, test facilities, and compliance.
Act as a Project Engineer for small UAS, missile or weapon systems including development, certification, and integration tests.
Lead or guide test and integration efforts at system and subsystem levels.
Communicate test plans and reports clearly in writing.
