You will analyze requirements, design architecture, and drive iterative developments in a fast-paced government program.

The role demands deep expertise in missile defense, systems engineering, and security clearance, with a focus on STR and DoDAF/UAF methodologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with design, development, testing, or analysis for Missile Defense Weapons Systems or Fire Control Systems.
• 7+ years of experience with weapon system engineering, planning, and integration.
• Experience with weapon system requirements, design, and performance analysis for engageability, interceptability, and lethality.
• Experience with systems architecture, requirements management, and technical baseline management.
• Experience with reviews of complex systems per SETR process.
• Knowledge of SysML, DoDAF, and UAF.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work on cross-functional teams; ability to work independently.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Guide teams on complex design, integration, and analytical problems to meet program goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to capture functional needs and translate them into capabilities.
