Job summary

4M Research, Inc. is seeking a Senior Missile Defense System Architecture Analyst to lead or participate in analysis of future Missile Defense System architectures and modeling and simulation tool development to support architecture assessment.

Responsibilities include assessing capability gaps, developing architecture solutions, coordinating analysis plans, and presenting findings to stakeholders from our Fort Belvoir, VA location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience, or Master's with 12+ years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Strong modeling, assessment, and evaluation of future architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team collaboration.
• Strong time management and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Assess missile defense system capability gaps and develop architecture solutions.
• Develop analysis plans, execute M&S tools, and prepare briefs.
• Support M&S efforts and tailor pools to analysis plans.
