Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in the mining industry, focusing on mine planning and operations.
• Experience with mine design software and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of open-pit and underground mining methods.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term and short-term mine plans, including production scheduling and resource allocation.
