Job summary

Orica is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) for the United States, focusing on mining markets within our Digital Solutions team. This fully remote role requires travel to mining sites and client offices across the US, with an estimated travel of 25–40%.

You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth for our geotechnical solution portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated successful experience building, developing, growing, and running a sales territory.
• Established network of contacts in the mining sector.
• Proven track record of growing sales territories and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share and adoption of our solution portfolio.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in mining and consulting firms across the United States.
• Drive revenue growth and enhance Orica Digital Solutions brand visibility.
• Mentor and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored geotechnical solutions.
