Hatch in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Minerals Processing Engineer to lead mining and processing projects. You will execute, coordinate and supervise lab and fieldwork, develop flowsheets and equipment sizing, and generate technical reports for clients across brownfield and greenfield opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Minerals Processing with comminution, flotation and geometallurgy.
• Industrial sites experience in crushing, grinding and concentration.
• Ability to model mass balance and process simulations.
• Excellent communication and report writing.
• Ability to coordinate fieldwork and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute, coordinate and supervise laboratory and fieldwork.
• Write technical reports and engineering documentation.
• Develop process flowsheet, equipment sizing and design.
• Perform mass and metallurgical balance and simulations.
• Provide site and remote process monitoring and support.
• Train clients.
