Hatch is seeking an experienced Senior Minerals Processing Engineer to join our Tucson team on a full-time basis. You will collaborate with internal Hatch engineers and clients to supervise mining, minerals processing and geometallurgical work, delivering technical reports and optimized designs.

The role involves modelling, laboratory and fieldwork coordination, and developing flowsheets and circuits. Strong communication and project coordination skills are essential in serving diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in minerals processing with knowledge in comminution, classification, flotation and geometallurgy.
• Proficient in mass balance and process simulation software.
• Industrial site experience in crushing, grinding, flotation and geometallurgy.
• Ability to write technical reports and engineering documentation.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute, coordinate and supervise mining, minerals processing and geometallurgical work.
• Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
• Develop process flowsheets, equipment sizing and circuit design.
• Perform mass and metallurgical balance, modelling and simulation.
• Support site and remote process monitoring and client training.
