Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of construction experience, familiarity with tools, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in the construction/industrial field with management experience.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move up to 50 lbs. routinely.
• Must provide proof of successful completion of OSHA 10 hour training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on the operation of large industrial equipment.
• Organize crews and delegate job responsibilities.
• Engage with clients and vendors to determine their needs.
