Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Plan and perform maintenance activities for shutdowns.
• Maintain safety guards and tools in workable condition.

Skills

Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve equipment issues

Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, and prioritize

Knowledge of the OHSA and safety procedures

Strong listening and critical thinking skills

Ability to adapt to ever-changing environment

Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams

Understanding of PLCs and automated equipment

Experience with personal computers

Proficiency in Excel and Word

High Initiative and self-motivation

Ability to remain calm in high-volume environment

Education

Licensed industrial millwright

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Tools

Technical knowledge of motors and pumps

Certification as an industrial electrician

Ability to read CAD drawings

Working knowledge of robot troubleshooting
