Qualifications

• US work authorization is required.
• 5–10 years of millwright or supervision experience.
• Experience leading project and turnaround work.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain a TWIC.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment.
• Familiar with precision measuring instruments.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale crews for new construction and maintenance.
• Provide safety training, coaching, and performance management.
• Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery.
• Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Work flexible hours, including on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• Communicate maintenance needs with operations teams.
