Qualifications

• 8 years of Journeyman level experience.
• Millwright Supervisory experience within a heavy industrial setting.
• Certifications/Licenses: NCCER and Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of crews and maintenance efforts.
• Ensure work complies with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Develop and lead a comprehensive preventative maintenance regiment.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Direct replacement of worn or failed equipment to support operations.
• Assign work orders and daily tasks to millwrights and technicians.
• Lead safety training programs and address safety concerns.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Test and adjust installed machinery and equipment as required.
