Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a Millwright Foreman to lead a team of millwrights in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. You will schedule work, supervise crews, and ensure work aligns with blueprints and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a millwright in industrial settings, with 2+ years in leadership, and a strong ability to interpret schematics and ensure quality outcomes. OSHA 30 and related training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; more technical millwright education preferred.
• 5+ years as a millwright in industrial maintenance/installation; 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment in industrial settings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of millwrights for high performance.
• Plan, schedule, and budget millwright activities with project teams.
• Oversee installation, alignment, and testing of machinery per specs.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols; conduct toolbox talks and trainings.
• Maintain records, generate progress reports, and document changes.
