Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a Millwright Foreman to lead a work crew in installing and aligning machinery per blueprints and layouts. You will guide craft workers and assist the General Foreman.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, dismantling and moving equipment, and performing precision alignments using cranes, hand tools, and power tools. Emphasis on safety and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related field experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret layouts and schematics.
• Proven leadership experience in a millwright or multi-craft team.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and instruction to craft workers and assist the General Foreman.
• Install, align, and assemble machinery per drawings and layouts.
• Dismantle, move, and position equipment using hoists and hand tools.
• Perform alignment, welding, bolting, and fabrications as required.
• Maintain safety compliance and project rules at all times.
• Assist with robot installations and program modifications as needed.
