Job summary

Georgetown Woodworks in Georgetown, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to coordinate and oversee millwork projects from inception to completion.

You will liaison with architects, general contractors, sub-contractors and company personnel; develop critical path schedules for submittals, materials, production and installation; perform field measuring and coordination; manage change orders and approvals; and provide monthly billing information to customers.

• Demonstrates a technical and working knowledge of millwork/casework construction.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with architects, general contractors, sub-contractors and company personnel.
• Develops critical path schedules for submittals, finish approvals, materials purchasing, production, and installation.
• Field measuring and coordination.
• Coordinates change orders, plan changes, drawing reviews/approvals, finish materials approvals and lead times, installation, subcontractors, manufacturing schedule.
• Provide accounting with billing information monthly and communicate with customers regarding payments.
