Concepts in Millwork is seeking an Advanced Millwork Bench Carpenter to craft high-end custom millwork and casework. You will interpret shop drawings, read blueprints, and lead projects from concept to installation with a focus on precision and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Millwork Bench Carpenter.
• Experience with high-end custom millwork and casework.
• Ability to lead a team through fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Read shop drawings and blueprints; relate elevations and plans to complete projects.
• Sand solid woods and veneers; use pneumatic and hand sanding tools.
• Verify drawing and part dimensions before assembly.
• Create jigs for routing reveals, arcs, radii, wall plates and profiles.
• Fabricate solid surface material (e.g., Corian).
• Lead a team through fabricating diewalls, wall panels and reception desks.
