INS Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Millwork Carpenter to join our construction team. The role focuses on installing and finishing custom millwork, cabinetry, doors, trim, wall panels, and related woodwork on commercial sites.

You will read drawings, measure precisely, and install with attention to detail while using hand and power tools safely. The position requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety policies on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a millwork carpenter, finish carpenter, cabinet installer, or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Good attention to detail and ability to produce quality finished work.

Responsibilities

• Install custom millwork, cabinets, doors, trim, wall panels, and architectural woodwork.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and measurements.
• Measure, cut, fit, assemble, and install millwork accurately.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform adjustments, repairs, sanding, and finishing work as needed.
• Ensure millwork is properly aligned, level, and securely installed.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on job sites.
• Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean and organized work area.
