Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in millwork bench carpentry.
• Experience with high-end custom millwork and casework.
• Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and elevations to guide fabrication.
• Sand and finish solid wood and veneers to high standards.
• Fabricate countertops and casework for reception units and diewalls.
• Lead a small team through fabricating diewalls, wall panels, trim and displays.
• Develop jigs and setups for routing reveals, arcs, radiuses, and profiles.
