Applicants should have 1+ year in cabinet making or millwork, be proficient with shop drawings, and comfortable with hand and power tools. The role requires careful craftsmanship and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of cabinet making or millwork experience required.
• Ability to read shop drawings and interpret architectural plans.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and measuring tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced shop.
• Strong attention to craftsmanship and detail; collaborates with team.
• Experience creating millwork elements like curved or radius panels.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Build custom cabinets from start to finish.
• Work with hardwood, plywood, laminate, and veneers.
• Assemble components with precision for quality fit.
• Operate saws, routers, and case clamps in production.
• Collaborate with team and support other departments.
