The role provides advanced CNC milling expertise, application support, customer training, and machine demonstrations across North America, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, OEMs, and customers to deliver competitive machining solutions. The position requires strong CAD/CAM, GD&T, and Fanuc control experience, with travel approximately 50–75% and opportunities to lead training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced CNC programming and machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and consultative support to sales teams throughout the sales and post-installation process.
• Develop application-specific solutions in collaboration with sales, product managers, OEMs, and tooling/workholding partners.
• Create and deliver machine demonstrations, sample parts, and technical sales materials.
• Lead advanced machining training for customers and internal application engineers.
• Support service teams and customers by troubleshooting complex applications issues.
• Represent Methods at trade shows, industry events, and technical forums.
• Build strong customer relationships to support retention and future growth.
