Manage design of custom processes, fixtures, and tooling.
Program machines using CAM Systems.
Travel to customer sites for training.

Title: Sr. Applications Engineer (Based at any of our offices)

Responsibilities

Lead in the design and development of engineered solutions to achieve customer’s goals and expectations using state of the art CNC Multi-Axis machining equipment, automation, and secondary operations.
Prepare detailed time studies and turnkey proposals.
Integration of Engineered Solutions and Services to customer specification.
Manage the research and design of custom process, fixtures, and tooling.
Programming of machines using CAM Systems
Keep abreast of technology that will provide world class solutions to our customers.
Maintain industry standard risk assessment and safety protocols.
Travel to customer sites for training in engineered solutions and machine training.
