Job summary

S3 is seeking an Enduring Vehicle Manager to support the Maneuver Requirements Division (MRD) at Fort Benning, GA. The role involves capability gap analysis, DOTMLPF-P review, and drafting capability requirements documents for Army enduring combat vehicle fleets.

Responsibilities include research, ECP analysis, and coordination of decision packages through military forums. Strong knowledge of ABCT/SBCT structures and Army doctrine is required, along with DoW Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Army or a similar organization.
• Graduate of DAU courses or ability to complete within 10 days of hire: RQM 1010, ACQ 1010, RQM 1101, TST 102.
• At least two years of experience in Capability Development or Defense acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with enduring family of vehicles: M1A2 MBT, M2/M3 BFV, Stryker, AMPV.
• Familiarity with DOTMLPF-P analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other operational software.
• Active DoW Secret security clearance.
• Graduate of Army Capabilities Development Course desired.
• Graduate of Master Gunner Courses desired.
• Prior staff officer experience in ABCT/SBCT is a plus.
• Familiarity with PAE Maneuver Ground.

Responsibilities

• Conducts product research and ECP analysis; develops COIC and D&OP for OT events.
• Supports operation, employment, integration, and sustainment of enduring combat vehicle platforms across multiple families.
• Support main armament systems, fire control, optics, protection systems, power, propulsion, and survivability upgrades.
• Supports preparation of decision packages and coordinates scoring and SPAR/POM cycles.
• Familiarity with Army doctrine and ABCT/SBCT structures.
