Job summary

Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a qualified Operations Analyst to support the U.S. Army’s Maneuver Center of Excellence at Fort Benning, GA. Responsibilities include planning air operations, strategic analysis, and preparing operational orders. Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and understanding of military protocol. A degree in Business or equivalent experience is required. This full-time position may involve some travel and requires an Active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, short and long-term planning.
• Experience with written communication at the Garrison or Brigade level.
• In-depth understanding of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP).

Responsibilities

• Recommend courses of action using the MDMP.
• Attend meetings regarding strategic planning.
• Prepare G-3/S-3 meeting plans and updates.
• Coordinate task tracking and updates via SharePoint.
