Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical, LLC is seeking a Supply Manager (SM) at Moody AFB, Georgia. This contingent role supports a government proposal and requires proven experience in managing military supply programs, inventories, and equipment accountability.

The SM will oversee issuing and storing equipment, maintain multiple systems (AFEMS, SBSS, FEDLOG, TC Max, BARS, ESS), and provide quarterly reports on stock shortfalls and orders. Training and experience in Air Force logistics are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience as a Supply Custodian.
• Knowledge of Air Force supply program principles, policies, procedures, and training requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with AFEMS, SBSS, FEDLOG or equivalent systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist unit by managing the squadron's supply program and ensure timely issuance of equipment and supplies.
• Receive, store, and issue equipment; maintain stock records and inventories.
• Prepare quarterly reports on equipment shortfalls and orders; track repairs and cycle counts.
• Maintain UTC equipment accountability, tagging, labeling, and documenting ISUs and TDY/Exercise gear.
• Produce quarterly reports on equipment on order and purchases; ensure continuity of supply during deployments.
