Job summary

RMGS, Inc. is seeking a Supply Manager at Moody AFB, Georgia to manage the unit’s supply program, inventory, and reporting. The role requires familiarity with Air Force supply systems and related software, including AFEMS, SBSS, and FEDLOG.

The position involves maintaining stock records, coordinating with unit leadership, and ensuring equipment readiness for deployments and exercises. It demands strong organization and ability to generate quarterly status reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Supply Custodian or similar role.
• Knowledge of Air Force supply programs, training requirements, and supply software systems is mandatory.
• Proficiency with computer systems and programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Completion of a military supply custodian/manager course is preferred; familiarity with AFEMS, SBSS and FEDLOG preferred.
• Experience with BARS, TC Max, SBSS and ESS is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist RQSs by managing the unit’s supply program.
• Receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, supplies, and tools; maintain stock records.
• Prepare inventories and requisition articles to fill orders.
• Provide quarterly reports on equipment status and shortfalls.
• Maintain and report on UTC equipment, ISUs, and TDY/exercise support equipment.
• Distribute equipment and keep records of issued material.
• Ensure availability of training gear to support missions and report status.
• Maintain UTC accountability plans and tagging for equipment items.
• Monitor BARS and ESS systems, track orders and funds for equipment purchases.
• Prepare continuity books outlining duties and objectives.
