Cherokee Federal is seeking a Supply Manager to oversee the unit supply program at Moody AFB, GA. This on-site role involves receipt, storage, issue, inventory, and accountability of equipment for individuals and units, with emphasis on deployment readiness and compliance with Air Force procedures.

Qualifications

• At least three years of supply custodian/manager experience.
• Knowledge of Air Force supply procedures and systems.
• Proficient with BARS, TC Max, AFEMS, SBSS and ESS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue, and document equipment and supplies.
• Maintain stock records and issue databases; record inventory adjustments.
• Track shortfalls and provide quarterly reports to leadership.
• Manage BARS system and funding status for equipment purchases.
• Support deployment readiness of storage units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
