Northrop Grumman in Clearfield, UT is seeking a Program Manager (PM3) for Military Programs with P&L responsibility. You will lead program strategy and interface with the customer to capture follow-on and new business opportunities while overseeing schedule, cost, and quality for fixed-price contracts.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in project/program management, engineering, and business management, with experience in risk and opportunity management and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 9+ years of related experience or a Master’s with 7+ years.
• Experience managing large programs with >$25M in annual sales.
• Experience with firm-fixed-price and cost-type contracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead program strategy development aligned with NGAS and organizational goals.
• Manage P&L, schedule, cost, and delivery for fixed-price programs.
• Oversee program risk, issue, and opportunity (RIO) processes and financial impact estimation.
• Lead customer interfaces, weekly telecoms, and quarterly in-person reviews.
• Direct cross-functional teams and supply chain to meet contract terms and performance.
